International training courses for managers and employees of “Trustbank” private joint-stock bank were organized at the Singapore institute of management development in Tashkent.
During these two-week training sessions, foreign and local professors and instructors delivered lectures on topics such as effective communication with clients, and developing and improving public speaking skills. Specifically, participants enriched their knowledge and skills in customer-oriented marketing, characteristics of customer-centric banks, and evaluating and rating mobile banking applications.
Additionally, participants were divided into groups and gained information about working with clients, reviewing and resolving their inquiries and trends in digital services.
Special certificates were awarded to participants who actively engaged in the training sessions.
