On March 7 of this year, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the financial organization was held in the head office of Private Joint Stock Bank “Trustbank”. It was headed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Private Joint Stock Bank “Trustbank” Tahir Sharipov.
At the beginning of the meeting the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSB “Trustbank” T.Sharipov sincerely congratulated all women on March 8 - International Women’s Day and wished them good health and great success.
At the meeting the work that was carried out in 2023 was discussed. In particular, the emphasis was placed on the achieved results and established cooperation relations with major foreign financial institutions. Besides, the international rating agency “Standard&Poor’s Global Ratings” for the first time approved the rating of PJSB “Trustbank” at the level “B+” with a “Stable” outlook, which reflects the strong position of the financial institution in the market of banking services.
Besides, perspective plans and tasks were discussed.
Also, the corresponding decision on the agenda of the meeting was made, and the bank's experts gave detailed answers to the shareholders' questions.
