On the initiative of “Trustbank” private joint-stock bank, libraries have been established in the “Al-Khorazmiy”, “Beltepa”, “Beshqayragoch”, “Bo‘ston”, “Kamolon darvoza”, “Gulobod”, and “Iyk ota” neighborhoods of our capital. These libraries have been stocked with nearly 7,000 books, including classics of national and world literature, a collection of interesting children’s books, as well as, works in financial, economic and spiritual-educational genres. Today, these knowledge-spreading venues are bustling with neighborhood residents of all ages.
Recently, meetings were held with local residents in the libraries established by “Trustbank” in the “Al-Khorazmiy” and “Iyk ota” neighborhoods of Tashkent city. Information was provided on digital technologies, cybersecurity, the history of money and banknotes.
Recommendations were given on cybersecurity, an increasingly relevant topic today, particularly on how to avoid becoming a victim of online fraud. It was emphasized that it is crucial not to share bank card information with strangers, not to disclose SMS codes received on the phone, not to open messages through various links and to follow only reliable and official sources.
Additionally, “Trustbank” presented commemorative gifts to those who actively participated in the interactive games.
