— a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 (eighteen) to 60 (sixty) years (not having reached retirement age) as at the date of application.

— must have a permanent place of employment as well as other documented and legally permissible sources of income sufficient to make monthly payments of accrued interest and principal on the mortgage loan in accordance with the payment schedule.

— the debt service ratio (taking into account any subsidy for covering interest expenses on the mortgage loan, where applicable) must not exceed 50%.

— no overdue debt with banks or other credit institutions at the time of consideration of the mortgage loan application.
