“Trustbank” has prioritized the application of modern practices and international standards throughout its 31 years of operation. This, of course, provides a foundation for maintaining the trust of clients and business partners, while delivering fast and high-quality banking services.
Moreover, the financial institution is achieving high ratings in international rankings and obtaining various certificates. Among these is the international certificate for quality management system compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Today, October 17, a ceremony for awarding two international ISO certificates took place at the Head Office of “Trustbank” PJSC. One of them is the international certificate for quality management system compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
It should be noted that this document attests to the implementation and successful application of international quality standards in the bank’s overall activities and key departments. Furthermore, the tasks set within the framework of implementing a quality management system in the financial institution are being fully accomplished. This is confirmed by the results of the external audit and the effective implementation of processes aimed at improving the quality of services provided to clients.
Additionally, an international certificate confirming compliance with the ISO 37001:2016 standard was re-presented at the event.
It is worth mentioning that in 2022, “Trustbank” PJSC became one of the first banks in our country to receive an international certificate confirming compliance with the ISO 37001:2016 standard. This document is an international standard that encompasses methods for creating an effective anti-corruption system within organizations and serves to establish a comprehensive anti-corruption management system. It sets requirements and guidelines for the development, implementation, analysis, and improvement of the anti-corruption management system.
In april-may of this year, “Trustbank” PJSC underwent a recertification audit of its anti-corruption quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 37001:2016 standard, which was successfully defended.
The reissuance of these certificates confirms the quality of service provided by “Trustbank” PJSC to clients and demonstrates that systematic work is being carried out on the implementation of ISO standards. Most importantly, it further strengthens the trust of clients and partners.
