Jointly with Private Joint Stock Bank «Trastbank» and Shaykhantakhur inter-district court on civil cases a seminar on the theme «Problems arising in loan contracts and measures to eliminate loan debts» was held.
The deputy chairman of the Shaikhantakhur inter-district court for civil cases, judges and employees of the bank took part in the seminar. In addition, lawyers of the Bank's branches participated via videoconference.
Opening the seminar, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «Trastbank» K.Gabbazov noted that organization of such trainings will contribute to improvement of personnel's qualification and provision of high quality banking services to clients. He also noted the importance of improvement of knowledge and skills of employees of legal, credit and controlling departments of the Bank to further improve the quality of banking services rendered to population and businesses as well as to prevent problems in the banking sphere.
The seminar covered issues of lending to individuals and control over timely repayment of loans, liability for overdue loans, collection cases, collateral.
Also, reports on changes and amendments to the legislation in this direction were made.
