The Ministry of poverty reduction and employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with commercial banks, held a forum titled “Transformation of Uzbekistan's labor market: new trends, key changes, and innovative HR”.
Within the framework of this forum, a “Career day in the banking sector” job fair was organized to build a personnel reserve for the banking system and attract young people to the industry. Trustbank also participated, providing information on the main criteria for employment at the financial institution. Additionally, presentations were made on banking services and opportunities for supporting entrepreneurship.
It should be noted that this job fair helped promote employment for the public, especially young people, and served to inform the wider community about available vacancies in the banking system and opportunities to support entrepreneurship.
