Dear shareholders,
Trustbank Private Joint Stock Bank announces that on August 11, 2026, the additional issue of the Bank's shares (28th issue) underwent state registration.
In accordance with the resolution on the additional share issue, these shares shall be distributed among the Bank's shareholders at a ratio of 1:1, through the capitalization of the Bank's own funds.
The shareholder register on the basis of which the additional shares will be distributed shall be formed as of the close of business on August 18, 2026.
In order to ensure the proper conduct of the capitalization process and to prevent speculative activity in the market, we announce that the execution of transactions in the shares of Trustbank Private Joint Stock Bank by the relevant organizations, in the manner established by legislation, shall be temporarily suspended starting August 14, 2026.
Further information regarding the date on which transactions in the shares will resume will be provided separately.
