On july 7-8 of this year, a training seminar was held at “Trustbank” private joint-stock bank for employees responsible for executive control and document handling, protection of banking service consumers rights and human resources management in the regional Bank service offices.
During the seminar, qualified employees of “Micros integrator” limited liability company gave presentations on implementing and integrating the “Directum RX” automated electronic document management software in Bank service offices.
Additionally, the director of the Bank’s administration, S.Bekchanov, discussed the impact of this system on the scope and efficiency of work, emphasizing that the training seminar would lay the foundation for enhancing each employee's skills in this area.
Furthermore, participants received comprehensive answers from specialists to the questions that interested them.
