As previously announced, on August 11, 2026, the additional issue of shares of Trustbank Private Joint-Stock Bank (28th issue) underwent state registration.
Given that these shares were fully placed on August 21, 2026, we announce that the execution of transactions in the Bank's shares on the “Tashkent” Republican Stock Exchange has resumed in the ordinary manner starting August 25, 2026.
