Eligibility criteria for borrowers/co-borrowers(individuals) |
On the date of application: has reached 18(eighteen)years of age and not older than 60(sixty)years(not retired by age)citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Borrower shall have permanent employment or a permanent income from personal subsidiary farming, dekhkan farming, individual entrepreneurship, or other lawful sources of income that are not prohibited by law and are duly documented, sufficient for the monthly payment of calculated interest and principal debt on the mortgage loan according to the payment schedule. Debt burden indicator(taking into account the subsidy for covering interest expenses on the mortgage loan, if provided)should not exceed 50 percent. - at the time of consideration of the allocation of a mortgage loan, there must be no overdue debts from banks and other credit institutions. -Self-employed individuals must have voluntarily paid their social taxes in full for the last one year in the current year, the last two years in 2027, and the last three years starting from 2028. |
