To participate in the competition, independent appraisal organizations must submit:
• A copy of the license to carry out appraisal activities;
• A copy of the organization's charter with all changes and additions;
• A copy of the document on state registration (guvohnoma);
• A copy of the professional liability insurance policy of the appraisal company;
• Commercial offer with an indication of the estimated cost and term of the appraisal work;
• A copy of the appraiser's certificate issued by the licensing authority in the prescribed manner to the head and current appraisers of the organization. The submitted copies of documents must be bound and certified with the main seal of the organization.
