On May 28-29, 2025, the PLUS Group International PLUS-Forum Digital Uzbekistan was held in Tashkent, with the support of the National agency for promising projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of commerce and industry.
At this Forum, held for the fifth time, presentations were given on the transformation of banking, IT, cybersecurity, retail business and mass remote services. Additionally, mutually beneficial discussions were organized, focusing on the rapid development of public services and the digitalization of the economy.
Representatives from organizations in various countries across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America and South America participated in the forum. Akbar Ibrohimov, Deputy director of the Plastic cards department at the private joint-stock bank ‘Trustbank”, also delivered a speech at the forum, emphasizing the digital financial services implemented by the bank.
As noted, more than 600 ATMs of the bank serve over 100,000 customers daily across the republic. Today, an ATM is not just a cash dispensing device, but also a full-service center, as well as a part of the digital ecosystem and an element of the strategic connection between the bank and its clients.
As part of a comprehensive program to modernize the ATM network, “Trustbank” has been successfully collaborating with the international company BS/2, which is part of the Lithuanian “Penki Kontinentai” group. This collaboration is serving to elevate the work in this direction to a new level.
In conclusion, it is worth noting that this prestigious Forum has laid the foundation for international cooperation and the implementation of promising projects.
