From October 21–31 of this year, at the initiative of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the “World savings day” week is being held in our country. Within the framework of this week, a number of events are also being organized by the private joint-stock bank “Trustbank”. Among them is an open lesson arranged for students of the Tashkent State University of Economics at the Head office and the “Digital” banking services office.
During this open lesson on the topic “Savings – the key to financial freedom”, presentations were given by specialists of “Trustbank”. Specifically, they discussed types and forms of savings, and the process of setting up online deposits. Additionally, emphasis was placed on bank cards and financial security, as well as cybersecurity, which is one of the pressing issues of today.
The open lesson, which was filled with interactive games, provided comprehensive answers to questions that interested the student youth. Moreover, active participants were awarded commemorative gifts from the bank.
