Mortgage loan - issued to individuals for the purpose of building an individual house, carrying out reconstruction and buying a house from the primary market.

A mortgage loan is issued for the following purposes:

• Issued according to an individual or educational project, as well as in accordance with the relevant specific norms and requirements for the construction of an individual house specified in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Issued for an individual or educational project, as well as in accordance with the relevant specific norms and requirements for the reconstruction of an individual house specified in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• For the purchase of an individual house or apartment in a multi-storey building.

An apartment in a multi-storey building that is purchased with a loan or an individual house

To obtain a mortgage loan, the client / borrower provides the following necessary documents for the construction of an individual house:

a) The application is filled out by the client indicating the name, surname, patronymic, passport (residence permit) series and number, place of residence, loan purpose, loan amount and loan term. The client signs and indicates the date on the loan application.

b) Passport (residence permit) [copy of passport (with registration); it contains the last name, first name, patronymic, year and place of birth, marital status and must indicate the permanent place of residence. This information is confirmed by the word "with a genuine true" loan officer];

c) A certificate of the client's salary in a valid way for the last 12 months from the date of signing the application (if the borrower / client has worked for less than 12 months, in this case, a certificate of income is taken for the time for which there is), for a private entrepreneur - a declaration is taken from the district tax office on the receipt of income for the last year;

d) For the construction of an individual house by a client / borrower of a land plot (permanent use, inheritance for life, private property) - the original of a notarized document giving the right of ownership;

e) A copy of the savings book on opening a deposit account in the name of the client / borrower at the branch, storing the client's own participation (down payment);

f) An assessment of the initial calculation of the cost of the building materials purchased by the client / borrower or the construction and installation work done; g) the original of the project approved by the client / borrower for the construction of an individual house, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

To obtain the reconstruction of an individual house of a mortgage loan, the client / borrower shall provide the following documents:

a) The application is filled out by the client indicating the name, surname, patronymic, passport (residence permit) series and number, place of residence, loan purpose, loan amount and loan term. The client signs and indicates the date on the loan application.

b) Passport (residence permit) [copy of passport (with registration); it contains the last name, first name, patronymic, year and place of birth, marital status and must indicate the permanent place of residence. This information is confirmed by the word "with a genuine true" loan officer];

c) A certificate of the client's salary in a valid way for the last 12 months from the date of signing the application (if the borrower / client has worked for less than 12 months, in this case, a certificate of income is taken for the time for which there is), for a private entrepreneur - a declaration is taken from the district tax office on the receipt of income for the last year;

d) Assessment of the initial calculation of the cost of the building materials purchased by the client / borrower or the construction and installation work done;

e) The original of the project approved by the client / borrower for the reconstruction of an individual house, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Reconstruction of the project of an individual house consists of:

a) A drawing of a land plot reflecting underground and overground engineering communications;

b) A drawing of the foundation of the house, basement, floors, section and facade;

c) Calculation of financial estimates.

To obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of an individual house or apartment in a multi-storey building from the primary market, the client / borrower shall submit the following documents:

a) The application is filled out by the client indicating the name, surname, patronymic, passport (residence permit) series and number, place of residence, purpose of the loan, loan amount and loan term. The client signs and indicates the date on the loan application.

b) Passport (residence permit) [copy of passport (with registration); it contains the last name, first name, patronymic, year and place of birth, marital status and must indicate the permanent place of residence. This information is confirmed by the word "with a genuine true" loan officer];

c) Certificate of the client's salary in a valid way for the last 12 months from the date of signing the application (if the borrower / client has worked for less than 12 months, in this case, a certificate of income is taken for the time for which there is), for a private entrepreneur - a declaration is taken from the district tax office on the receipt of income for the last year;

d) For the purchase of an individual house or apartment in a multi-storey building, the client / borrower pays from his own funds (down payment), as well as, according to the signed agreement between the developer and the client / borrower under the drawn up loan agreement, is made at the expense of the loan;

e) A copy of the savings book on opening a deposit account at the branch in the name of the client / borrower, keeping the client's own participation (initial payment).
