In our country, one of the pressing issues is elevating the system of supporting women to a new level, further enhancing and strengthening the role of women in society, as well as bolstering their social protection. In this regard, the private joint-stock bank "Trustbank" is implementing a number of measures to create new jobs for women and engage them in professional activities.
Specifically, in May of this year, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between "Trustbank" and the Tashkent City Center for Training, Retraining, Professional Development, and Career Guidance of the Unemployed Population. In accordance with this Memorandum, vocational training courses were organized for a group of women residing in the mahallas of the capital.
Recently, a ceremony was held at this center to award special diplomas and certificates to women who successfully completed the training courses. The diplomas were presented to the graduates by Jamila Shermukhamedova, a member of the Republican Women's Public Council, an expert of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, a member of the "Ma'rifat" society of propagandists, and a professor.
"The consistent implementation of all the reforms being carried out in our country today depends on you, dear women, who are the pillars of family and society, the blessing of our life," emphasized Jamila Shermukhamedova. "Although significant work has been done in this direction, there are still many tasks ahead. I am confident that together we will find positive solutions to these challenges by taking concrete measures to fully support our sisters and ensure their worthy place in society. May the doors to successful careers and great life opportunities now open for you".
The attendees also expressed their best wishes to the graduates and confidence that they would become masters of their job.
