Team building- towards a common goal in a united team

 It has become a tradition in the system of private joint stock bank “Trustbank” to increase labor productivity of each employee, to maintain a healthy atmosphere and friendly relations in the team. Such activities include various spiritual and educational events held in the recreation area “Green Hills Resort”, located in the Tashkent region, aimed at strengthening team spirit, generating new ideas and improving problem-solving skills. On September 7-8, 2024, corporate team building activities were organized for the employees of the accounting department of the PJSB “Trustbank” system. It should be noted that these activities, along with providing an exciting recreation of the bank's employees in nature, serve such purposes as improving their professional knowledge and skills, as well as familiarizing them with the recently adopted legal and regulatory acts related to the banking and financial system. The participants also competed in various interactive games held in high spirits and received memorable gifts.
