From April 9-11, 2025, a seminar on “Compliance with labor legislation requirements in personnel service activities and proper documentation of labor-related matters based on the New Labor Code” was held at the head office of Private Joint-Stock Bank “Trustbank”. The seminar was attended by specialists from the Human Resources Department, Operations Management, and personnel specialists from Banking Services Offices of PJSB “Trustbank”. At the seminar, qualified specialists from the non-governmental educational institution “Lawyer and Personnel” delivered lectures on topics related to human resources activities, including regulatory documents, hiring and dismissal of employees, employment contracts, working and rest hours, vacations, disciplinary measures, and employee incentives. Additionally, explanations were provided regarding important aspects to consider when terminating employment contracts, and comprehensive answers were given to questions that interested the participants.
Furthermore, participants who successfully completed the training seminar were awarded special certificates.
