Every woman wants to have enough time to do what she loves. However, striving to achieve a balance between career and personal life is not always successful. Stabilising work-life balance is extremely important for the mental and physical health of employees. Lack of this balance can lead to a condition called "emotional burnout". What should female employees do to achieve this "golden middle"? These questions were discussed at a seminar organised for women working in the Digital Banking Office. The seminar included a presentation by Dilora Khasanova, Chief Specialist of the Operations Department of PSJB "Trustbank" and member of the Women's Committee of the Bank. In addition, interesting information was provided on topics such as the importance of starting the day right and maximising concentration on tasks during working hours. The interactive exercises, open conversation and exchange of opinions left a special impression on each participant.
