The Private Joint-Stock Bank Trustbank asks the shareholders who have not received their dividends on ordinary and preferred shares of the Bank, accrued according to the decisions of ordinary and extraordinary General Meetings of shareholders based on the results of 2008-2018, with the submission of the necessary documents (for individuals – the original passport, a copy of the TIN, a copy of the certificate on opening an account with the Bank, an extract from the DEPO account of an investment intermediary (depository) for legal entities – a copy of the Charter, a copy of the “guvokhnoma” (licence) on state registration of the organization, an extract from the DEPO account of an investment intermediary (depositary)), contact the Head Office of Trustbank or its territorial branches to receive dividends belonging to them.
In accordance with Chapter 6, Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and the Protection of Shareholders` Rights”: “A dividend not claimed by the owner or its legal successor or heir for three years, by decision of the general meeting of shareholders remains at the disposal of the company.”
